  • Prohibited Actions: Students may not use digiLEARN for any unlawful activities, including posting harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

2.2 Instructor Responsibilities

  • Content Ownership: Instructors must have the legal right to upload and sell their course materials. digiLEARN is not liable for any infringement.
  • Quality Standards: Instructors are expected to provide high-quality content and must promptly address student queries related to their courses.
  • Prohibited Content: Instructors may not upload materials that violate copyright, are offensive, or contain malware.

2.3 Intellectual Property

  • Platform Content: All content on digiLEARN, except user-uploaded courses, is the property of digiLEARN and may not be used without permission.
  • User-Generated Content: By uploading content, instructors grant digiLEARN a license to display and promote the content on the platform.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Payment Processing

  • Transactions: Payments for courses are securely processed by third-party payment providers. digiLEARN does not store credit card information.
  • Instructor Payouts: digiLEARN disburses instructor earnings based on the platform’s payout schedule and retains a commission per transaction.

3.2 Refund Policy
